2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Digital Products: Refunds are only provided if there is a proven technical issue or error on our part that prevents access to the product.

  • Styling Services: Refunds for booked services may be requested if there is an error in service delivery or if the service is canceled by Briette Fashion.

Important: Since all products are digital or service-based, once a digital product is accessed/downloaded or a service session has commenced, it may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Any digital product once downloaded or accessed successfully.

  • Personalized styling plans or consultations once delivered.

  • Sessions or consultations missed without prior notice.

  • Gift cards or vouchers.

4. How to Request a Refund

5. Refund Processing

  • If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to process.

  • Payments for digital products or services that have been accessed/delivered are generally non-refundable.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling (Styling Services)

  • Clients may reschedule a styling service at least 48 hours in advance without penalty.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may forfeit the service fee.

  • If Briette Fashion cancels a session, clients will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule.

7. Technical Issues with Digital Products

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchased digital product:

  1. Contact us within 5 business days of purchase.

  2. Provide evidence of the issue (e.g., error messages, screenshots).

  3. We will attempt to resolve the issue or provide a replacement product.
